***LINEN INCLUDED*** WhangaBach is a classic Whangamata Bach, with a modern twist. Just 500m from the beach, and only 200m to the main street, its all right here. Close enough for the kids to carry their own boogie board to the beach, and close enough for you to carry them back. If the waves are too big, head to the harbour (600m away) for a swim, kayak or paddleboard. Or jump off the wharf if you're feeling brave! Enjoy a BBQ on the back deck, or use the fully equipped modern kitchen to whip up something fancy. Or if you just can't be bothered, walk 2 minutes down the road for fish & chips, restaurants, bars & cafes. The section is huge (& fully fenced) - plenty of space to park cars, boats & other toys well away from the road. The kids will love the massive trampoline, swings, and all the space for bikes, backyard cricket or water gun fights. The Main House has 2x bedrooms, one with a Queen size bed, & 1 with 2x bunk beds. The modernised bathroom with separated shower & toilet means everyone can have a go. Full kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine & dishwasher, bluetooth stereo, smart lighting, smart TV. The front deck provides a great place to watch the action, while the rear deck offers an escape from the sun, with a larger outdoor table, plenty of seating, BBQ, and outdoor lighting. The Cabin is generously sized, with 1x Queen Bed & 1x bunk bed set. Fully insulated & with plenty of windows, this is a cool space. With its own bathroom, fridge, tea & coffee making & Smart TV, it's got everything for a family to be comfortable.
