Only 500 metres from Larcomar Shopping Mall, Arawi Miraflores Prime offers rooms with free WiFi and plasma TVs in Lima. Breakfast is provided and there is a restaurant. Costa Verde and Waikiki beaches are 900 metres away. With Peruvian themed decor, rooms are fitted with air conditioning and are all non-smoking. All of them have private bathrooms with bathtubs. Peruvian specialties can be ordered at the restaurant, whereas Pisco Sour among other drinks can be enjoyed at the bar. Free parking is provided. Arawi Miraflores Prime is 3.5 km from San Isidro commercial centre and 15.6 km from Jorge Chavez International Airport.

Guests above 5 years of age can stay in existing beds for an additional fee of USD $35.00 per night.
Please note everyone, including adults and children, must present a valid passport or document upon check-in.
Please note that as a security measure, guests willing to pay with credit card must do so in person and the card must belong to the holder or one of the accompanying guests. If the owner of the card is not present, payment must be conducted in cash.
If any charges related to guarantees were previously done to a card not belonging to the guests, these will be annulled and will have to be paid in cash.
Based on local tax laws, Peruvian citizens (and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Peru) must pay an additional fee of 18%. To be exempt from this 18% additional fee (IVA), the immigration card and passport must be presented.
Please note both documents are required for fee exemption. Guests who are not able to present both documents will be required to pay the fee.
Reservations with at least 1 national citizen will also incur the additional 18% fee.
Foreign business travellers who require a printed invoice, will also be charged the additional 18% regardless of the length of their stay in Peru. This fee is not automatically calculated in the total costs for the reservation.
