Our 3-story house has 3 bedrooms [Beds: 1 queen and 1 sofa bed (2nd Floor), 2 double (Basement), and 1 single bunk (Basement)] and 3 full bathrooms to comfortably accommodate a group of 10 people. We recommend it for groups travelling by car to easily access the place and tour the city. We provide (1) free onsite parking for small vehicles to most medium-sized SUVs (example: Ford Everest can fit) while there is free street parking in front of the property for larger vehicles. Do not leave valuables inside your vehicles and the house. To avoid any untoward incident, the outdoor fireplace is for picture taking only. Pets are strictly prohibited. As we are surrounded by pine trees, expect that there will be lots of birds (and droppings).

Baguio Hillside Haven is a 3-10 minute drive from the Lourdes Grotto - Baguio City Centre. It is located in Bermuda Hills, an exclusive subdivision still lush with pine trees and usually covered by dense fog during the afternoons. Guests are prohibited from accessing the storage room and cabinets. You may use kitchenware and dinnerware but please clean them afterwards and/or store/stack them properly. There are fixed (non-moving; no tilt; no zoom) CCTVs covering the basement and 1st floor balconies, garage. There are no CCTVs in the interiors of the house. Rest assured, we value your privacy. Such are installed to enable us to check the number of guests, their ingress/ingress, cleaning by our caretakers, and accounting of our owned items only. 1 or 2 gallons of drinking water (depending on delivery) shall be provided free of charge. Kindly conserve tap water. Water service is available every day (6pm to 12mn) except Tuesdays and Saturdays. We have 2 water tanks (total of 11 drums capacity) which are automatically refilled during water service schedules. We deem such to be sufficient for your group. In case water supply is depleted, we shall be constrained to call a third party supplier for refilling but such may take 1 to 2 hours. 3 tissue rolls and limited liquid dishwashing and hand soap are provided free of charge. We do not provide towels for hygienic purposes. The internet speed can reach up to 500mb/second. However, we are not liable for any interruptions or reductions in speed. In case of power interruptions, we request for your understanding as such are beyond our control and we do not have gensets. Please turn off the lights when leaving the place to conserve energy and avoid fire hazards. We reserve the right to cancel and refund your booking in case of adverse weather conditions.
