Apartament na parterze, nowoczesny o powierzchni 100 m2, z widnym salonem, z przestronną kanapą, stolikiem kawowym, internetem,tv .W salonie jest wyjście na prywatny taras. Na zewnatrz znajduje sie rowniez sauna I jacuzzi dla uzytku gosci. Na posesji znajduja sie dwa apartamenty, wiec podworko jest wspolne.
