Although our property is located within the Hyatt property, it is privately owned. The Hyatt is a hotel resort. Every patron of the Hyatt and its amenities other than the restaurants and bars must have a wristband that is purchased through Resort Pass or the resort’s website under “Events and Attractions”, then scroll down to “Day Pass”. However, the restaurants and bars are available to anyone during their business hours and do not, currently, require a wristband to access, but reservations are required. The Hyatt Regency Resort has five great restaurants and three bars: Free of charge, Coco Beach is directly across from our villas and runs the length of the hotel. It is a 3–5-minute walk, depending on your pace. You will have access to a wagon with 8 beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, a cooler, and beach towels for your beach days. The golf is spectacular! There are 27 holes, and the Puerto Rico Open, a PGA event, is played in late February/ early March. The costs are set by the resort and will vary based on the day of the week and if there are special events. General use of a golf cart rental can be accessed through our on-site host. The pool seen in the photos is a private pool for the villas. It is usually not busy and very kid-friendly due to the shallow depth. In the meantime, here is a little taste of Puerto Rico: Our villa is a short distance to many wonderful sites and excursions, such as the El Yunque Rainforest, Horseback Riding, Luquillo Beach and Kiosks, Snorkeling, and Bio Bay Kayaking.

Our on-site host will meet with you on the day of arrival and provide you with an overview of the amenities and property details. Our host is available by cell phone for any questions or concerns.
