Super vibe! Four (4) story walk up! MUST LOVE STAIRS ! Spanish Revival architectural style residential building ! Rich in character and personality ! Proprietor locals live here full time! Not a cheap guesthouse! Nestled on a quiet tree lined street among wonderfully restored art deco and Spanish revival architecture! The absolute opposite of generic No “cookie cutter” for this! Best neighborhood ! Best location ! Best host !

This, in my humble opinion, is the best building, on the best street in the best neighborhood in Condado. This because its location is central, and at the same time not in the middle of things. It’s straddles the line between what is Condado’s main tourist district, with its bars, restaurants, hotels, casinos, etc…and the Santurce area, particularly surrounding Loiza street, with its varied culinary options, art, music, etc. There are museums, historical sites including Viejo San Juan all within walking distance, not to mention the city’s most popular beach half a block away!
