Hi I'm Joy, a practitioner of Yoga & Ayurveda for over 20 years. I offer group Yoga classes on a beautiful beach here in Rincón, Puerto Rico, my home for 15 years. The riverfront farm/spa opened this year offering accommodations adjacent to the spa where you can receive bodywork, steam and oil therapies based on the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda. Located on the boarder of our two favorite towns Rincon and Aguada you have the best of both worlds. Rincon is famous for it's surf and beaches. While it is more touristy, Aguada is offers quieter beaches and a more local vibe. The beach is under a mile down the road. There are plenty of restaurants, activities and offerings in 10 minutes.
