This 4-bedroom villa is a paradise made for luxurious and carefree living. It was crafted to provide the ultimate coastal and nature retreat, only 90 minute-drive from Lisbon. Spend your days relaxing amid unforgettable views. Located in Vila Nova de Santo André, this villa is ideally suited for serenity and reconnection with the elements. The construction was finished in 2022 and the total land is 13 hectares. It's an enchanting residence that takes full advantage of nature and lake views through expansive glass walls. Each space is designed and styled to take advantage of the pristine surrounds. And that includes the expansive high-end kitchen, inviting lounge area and elegant dining zone. There are six beds in total along with storage and a stylish ensuite. The pool wraps around the entertaining zone so you can easily settle in for a fun afternoon. Under lights, this place truly sparkles so you're assured an unforgettable evening. The large doors and windows keeps the house cool in summer. During the colder months, the house can be kept warm by the fireplace and underfloor heating. The bathroom features under tile heated flooring, heated towel rail and towels.
