The 50 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 3 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace for home office, a fan, heating as well as a TV. A baby cot is available upon request. A parking space is available on the property. Free parking is available on the street. Families with children are welcome. Pets are not allowed. Air conditioning is not available. Smoking is not allowed indoors (there is an ashtray outside). Additional guests who are not officially checked-in are not admitted. Please avoid making unnecessary noise from 9 pm to 9 am. Parties are not allowed. The deposit is paid in cash at the property upon check-in. The same deposit is returned on the day of check-out. Please contact the homeowner for more information and/or special requests. It is possible to book a transfer service (taxi). Beach/pool towels are provided for an extra fee (subject to availability). Additional charges will apply on-site based on usage for Airport shuttle, Train station shuttle.
