Lidia’s Place is an apartment in the village of Ponta do Sol and is ideal for three people. The apartment is 130 m2 and comprises two bedrooms, a living room with dining table, kitchen, two bathrooms, a balcony with ocean view and a private parking. It is equipped with refrigerator and freezer, washer, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave and other utensils, as well as bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi (500 Mbps), TV with international and children’s channels, and other amenities to provide a pleasant and relaxed stay. A car is recommended, but there are bus stops and a taxi stand nearby. The accommodation is in a residential area, but there is potential for noise from motorbikes and cars driving in a nearby street and barking dogs in the neighbourhood, mainly during the day if the windows are open. We ask that all guests keep food well-packed, so as to limit attracting insects given the island climate. Cleaning is done before guests check in and there is a weekly maintenance cleaning, which includes the change of bed linen and towels. The increase in the number of guests implies a price increase of up to 10% per person.

The property is in a residential building in the village of Ponta do Sol, where there are many restaurants and cafes. Ponta do Sol is located in the southwestern part of the island, which has the best weather conditions in Madeira. A few kilometres away there are stunning cliffs, mountains and Laurissilva forest for nature lovers and hikers. Nearby you can enjoy many outdoor activities such as hiking, paragliding, mountain biking, surfing, fishing and other nautical activities. Less than 200 m away there is a supermarket, a restaurant and a cafe, but within 400 m there are other restaurants, cafes and bars. The John dos Passos Cultural Center is 350 m away and Ponta do Sol beach is 450 m away. The property has easy access to the major roads.
