Casa da Praça is a typical Porto house from the XIX century that was fully renovated and hides in its backyard a lovely terrace with a pool. The house has 5 self-catering, independent studios all equipped with a little kitchen, ready to prepare simple meals, a complete bathroom, a dining/working table, and a big comfy bed (160x200). IMPORTANT NOTES . We don't provide hotel services, such as 24-hour reception, luggage storage, or daily cleaning. . Cleaning, change of towels, and linens in the middle of your stay, can be arranged for an extra cost. . Each studio has its particular characteristics and amenities. Before booking please check each studio description and pictures. . For the 3rd guest, we provide a folding bed, suitable for children and teenagers (for Triple Rooms only). . The pool is open all year round but isn't heated. . All studios share the terrace, pool area, and living room. . As you may know, Portugal has rules that require hosts to register their guests with local law enforcement authorities. To comply with this mandatory legal obligation, we may acquire your data, including name, surname, nationality, date and place of birth, city and country of home address, ID or passport details.

Casa da Praça is located in front of a lovely square where you can find Maria that everyday sells their fresh vegetables. Praça da Alegria is near one of the bridges that cross the Douro river, from there you have one of the best views of famous D. Luis bridge. The neighborhood is quiet and traditional, but steps away from busy and lively Coliseu do Porto and Santa Catarina area (Majestic Cafe). There is an amazing mix between art students and locals, Loads of cool shops, nice restaurants and artsy cafes just across the street. João, expect to be in the center of the party filled with loads of music and grilled sardines where you are all invited too!
