Villa Raul is a beautiful 6-bedroom villa enjoying a prime location in Quarteira. Perfect for families, or a group of golfers, looking for a relaxing holiday, yet close to all the amenities that you could hope for. This spectacular villa, built, furnished and decorated to the highest of standards throughout, will ensure a luxurious relaxing holiday in the sun. Comfortably sleeping 15 + 2 guests, Villa Raul offers fantastic facilities to enjoy during your stay. The property provides satellite television, free WIFI and air conditioning. The ground floor offers beautifully decorated living/dining areas and the open plan kitchen with modern fittings and fully equipped for all your home cooking needs. There are 2 double bedrooms and there is a bathroom with a shower enclosure. On the first floor are 2 double bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms and a reading/working space. The lower floor has two additional bedrooms. One is an en-suite bedroom with three single beds and a bunk bed. The other is a double bedroom, which can only be accessed through this en-suite bedroom. Outside there is a large private swimming pool ( Pool heating as an optional extra), surrounded by a lawn garden with sunbeds and a brick built traditional BBQ and seating that will comfortably accommodate everyone staying at the villa. Additional Notes: • The check-in/out day is Saturday, however I may be flexible. Please contact me if your dates don't fit. • For bookings of 16th to 17th guests, additional sleeping arrangements will be on a comfortable sofa bed. We provide extras that complement your stay: • Pool Heating - EUR 300 (Per week) • Baby chair - EUR 15 (Per stay) • Cot - EUR 25 (Per stay) All optional extras extras must be paid at check-in. • In order to ensure compliance with the current regulations regarding public safety and the Municipal Council, this establishment requires the completion of Online Check-in and payment of the Tourist Tax through a dedicated channel.
