We love our property and we want to keep it in the best conditions possible. We offer the whole apartment. We see it having some remarkable attributes and we try to honor them. GENEROSITY is reflected in a very wide lobby separating the spaces, tall rooms and windows, each one having an exit to its very own balcony. ROMANCE with strong roots between the two World Wars at a time when the building was born, a time when Bucharest was shaped by beautiful architecture. A cozy cool OASIS in the summer and a comfortable warm space during the winter. A refuge where you can have a drink watching the sunrise after a wild and unexpected night. Its the perfect apartment for a romantic or business trip. We can accommodate up to four guests thanks to our friendly, beautiful and spacious home.
Hello, My name is Robert, I am born in Bucharest and I love good food, good music, good movies and good people. I’m available during the day, and I will get back to you as quick as possible. If I am not available, Irina (my co host) is in charge. We like meeting our guests If it is necessary but we don’t want to be too intrusive and spoil their privacy.
The location of the apartment is in the center of Bucharest. As you walk out from the building you instantly get connected with the effervescence of a street full of tourists and locals. Even if the building is old, the administration does all the effort to maintain it in good shape. The habitants are very nice and tourist friendly. Because of its location you can have the surprise to find yourself watching a street performance or a stage after you just went outside of the building. Looking from the balcony you can have the surprise to find some of the most iconic buildings in Bucharest.
