We as hosts have a great interest in people, travel and culture. We ourselves have lived in Berlin for a few years and like the exchange of experiences. Douglas is good at cooking and has now already for a few years created nice dinners for small groups in our gazebo. On the farm there are some animals including four dogs, a herd of beautiful hens and roosters and an old pair of ducks. Most of the farm's fruits and berries are taken care of to make jams, juices and jams that are sold on the farm. In recent years, we have also tried to grow olives and citrus fruits on a smaller scale, but hope to be able to scale this up a little more in the coming years.

Sundby Säteri is located in the middle of Sörmland nearby the cosy village Malmköping. The beautiful manor is located on a hill surrounded by undulateing valley. The wing from the 18th century is surrounded by a large orchard and lovely private views. There is a large kitchen with space for many to sit in as well as two living rooms. The whole house is modern and stylishly decorated. The two living rooms have fireplaces. The library / TV room has a fireplace and the slightly larger living room has a tiled stove. For breakfast you can get eggs from the farm, homemade jam and freshly baked bread to order. Individual dinner in the cozy gazebo can be ordered separately. Feel free to ask more if there is interest. You can also get access to training in a modern and fresh gym; Malmahusgym of about 300 sqm, which is owned by the host couple and is within walking distance. If you are a larger party, you can rent in Stora Huset's guest room. There are three guest rooms (one of which is on the attic) with double beds. These parts in a bathroom that is completely reserved for guests. Ask about this.

Malmköping is a lovely market town with all conceivable services as well as a nice inn and wine bar. Granngården Grinda gårdsglass has its own ice cream café with homemade ice cream in the summer and on weekends. There is a lot to see and explore the surroundings. From the house it is also walking distance to more stages of the Sörmlandsleden. Many nice bathing lakes are also nearby, including Hosjön (municipal bathing lake with a lot of service) which is located in Malmköping at about 15 minutes walking distance. In the autumn, there are a lot of mushrooms and berries in the surrounding forests. Birdwatching with especially large birds of prey, migrant birds and park birds.
