Welcome to B&B Klarälvsbanan! On our property is a converted old stable. Here you will find our two B&B apartments: Stallet and Naturum. Stallet offers a kitchen with associated facilities and a dining table on the ground floor and a private bathroom with shower and a bedroom on the first floor. Here is a large double bed and a bunk bed. Stallet is therefore also suitable as a family room. Please note, there is a steep staircase to the first floor where the bathroom and bedroom are located, so this accommodation is not suitable for people with walking difficulties. Naturum can be reached by a staircase, on the first floor is the B&B studio. Naturum has a kitchenette with tea and coffee facilities, a fridge and microwave, two single beds and a separate bathroom with shower. Due to the presence of the stairs, this accommodation is not suitable for people with walking difficulties. Guests of Stallet and Naturum can make use of the lawn in front of the B&B, with garden furniture and a fire pit. In the summer period there are also sunbeds, a nice hammock and a barbecue that can be used. For children, there are all kinds of outdoor toys available that can be played with. Breakfast for the next morning will be ready for you in the fridge/cupboards upon arrival. Bed linen, towels and shower products are also included. You can park in the parking lot behind the B&B, you can also use the charging station for electric cars that is located at our house for a fee. We also offer free Wifi.

We are living in this beautiful, quiet place in Värmland together with our family. We still enjoy the view over the meadows and the forest every day and experience the beautiful nature of Sweden up close. We would like to share this place with our guests.

Our B&B is named after the Klarälvsbanan, a 90-kilometre-long car-free cycling and walking path on the spot where a railway line used to run, right through beautiful villages and the beautiful nature of Värmland. The Klaralvsbanan is only 100 meters from the B&B, so we can welcome many hikers and cyclists as guests. From the backyard also starts a kilometre-long forest with paths, where you can walk, cycle, cross-country ski, etc. to your heart's content. We also offer the possibility to rent mountain bikes or a tandem. Guests can also make use of our sauna for a fee. The B&B is located in a quiet rural area, yet only 1.5 kilometers from the 62, the main road from Karlstad, which makes us easily accessible. Sweden's longest river, the Klarälven, is 700 meters away from us. The nearest supermarkets and restaurants are about 15 km away from us, in Deje or Munkfors. It is good to take this into account in advance because of (dinner) food and groceries! We are looking forward to see you at B&B Klarälvsbanan!
