3 Star Rating A very peaceful location, well decorated three bedroom 200 Year old House with great outdoor facilities, including BBQ / Smoker and large terrace for relaxing, eating etc. Free Parking for Cars and secure parking for Motorcycles, Bicycles etc. We have Two Double Rooms - Ces's Room also has a permanent Single Bed / Seating Area, John's Room can be Double or Twin and we can also add up to 2 Folding Beds (Z-Beds). We also have a lovely sized Single Room (Neil's Room) In January 2025 we had a road built so that you can access the river. We have an area of two hectares along the river and we have made some benches and hammocks for your relaxation. There is also an old stone stable which we are renovating. This will have a balcony go out over the river, and will be perfect for relaxing with a drink in the peace and quiet! You can also use the river to cool down in the summer months.

We, Roger and Louise welcome you to our home (guesthouse). We love riding our motorcycles on these fantastic roads her in Slovenia, and have settled well into our local community. We have spent time renovating Hiša Brdo, but also keeping it as original as possible, adding little extra bits for our guests to enjoy. We moved here from Cambridgeshire in the UK to Slovenia in June 2020 Our mission is to make your holiday one of the best you have ever had.

We are so lucky to be very central for people wishing to see all the tourist spots in the West of Slovenia - most are within 1 hour. Ljubljana, Bled, Bohinj, Brda Wine Region, Bovec, Kobarid, Nova Gorica, Tolmin, Kanal and Most na Soči and in only 30 minutes you can be in Italy! Skiing, Cycling, Hiking, Fishing, Paragliding, Canyoning, White Water Rafting, Kayaking, Paddle Boarding, Swimming (Lake and River) are all within an hour from us. Very quiet and peaceful little hamlet with great neighbours. Bar and Food only 1km away, supermarkets within 25 minutes drive.
