Please shake any sand from the beach off of your body and feet before entering the unit. Please note that the local or emergency contact lives in the property but not in the house.  Please contact her/him if needed during your stay or if you have a maintenance issue or other repair needed. Turks and Caicos is going through a decrease in the water supply. This means that the water pressure can sometimes be affected when the reservoir levels are low. Water shortages can happen throughout the day.
