The property provides a scheduled speedboat transfer between Koh Samui and Koh Phangan at an additional charge. Guests can also be picked up by car from Samui Airport or nearby hotels and transferred to the pier at Bang Rak.
From there, a speedboat takes guests directly to the property as follows:
- Koh Samui (Bang Rak) to resort: 12:30 and 17:00.
- Resort to Koh Samui (Bang Rak): 09:00 and 14:00.
A compulsory charge for the New Year's Eve Gala Dinner is included in the room rate for 2 persons. Additional compulsory charges will be incurred for each extra person, payable directly at the hotel upon check-in. Please note that this charge applies only to guests staying on 31 December 2025.
