Although the house is in the centre of one of the main beaches on Koh Chang, the estuary itself is an area of the island that most visitors don't see - or know exists - as it's hidden from the main road and the beach. That's what makes it special. You have everything you need within easy reach, yet are in a quiet location, away from large resorts. The beach nearby never gets busy - even in Peak Season. There are a couple of great Thai & seafood restaurants close by and also a couple of laid back riverside bars. The local village is a few minutes by scooter or taxi.
