Our villa is a combination of "Luxury & Relaxation". Enjoy the elegance & feel at home at the same time. It is also well-known for having most exquisite house design & best qualities in Hua Hin. The place is located in prime nature with very private location. Yet it takes only 7-8 minute drive to city & Hua Hin sea. It also has constant ventilation & unique ambiences. This magnificent villa ensures memorable vacation experience & awaits you & your family as your dream holiday house. IMPORTANT: Electricity fee is calculated at 6THB per unit. We are a Luxurious villa with significantly lower rental prices than others in the same rank because we don’t precharge electricity like other places do. Normally, electricity is precharged in rental prices for 20-30% which affects the prices to be unnecessarily expensive. But our policy is to let the guest pay as really used. As a result, the villa is much more affordable and all our guests have really liked it. The rate is collected as really used and as really charged by Thai public organization. IMPORTANT: There is a temporary nearby construction. The showing price right now has already been topped up with a 50% discount which is set by the owner as a compensation for a construction site nearby. Normally, the rate is around twice more expensive per night. But you are most welcome to book instantly and have a much less expensive vacation than other places, acknowledging and accepting this special price as compensation for the mentioned reason 😇🙏 This property is serene, spacious, ventilated and private, in prime nature with a getaway feeling from the city center yet it takes only 7-8 minutes to reach the sea and the city center. We already provide everything you may need for a trip. All amenities, kitchenware, bedding set and etc … We also have a housekeeper available nearby the area to assist to attain your convenience.
