The patio space features a BBQ grill with outdoor seating and is enclosed by a lush garden creating privacy for guests. As you look out over the peaceful bridge across the golf course lake, you can enjoy the golden rays of sunset with a glass of wine in your garden As you step inside the villa, you will find a bright open concept main area featuring air conditioning, a cozy swing chair, and a lovely piano. In this area there are all the essentials for cooking such as, a full set of wine glasses, ceramic dishes, cutlery, other cooking utensils, cookware, microwave, toaster, rice cooker, and refrigerator. In the outdoor garden style kitchen there is a gas stove and dedicated food prep space and BBQ. Also located on the main floor is the oriental style bathroom. This bathroom features delicate stone walls, a full pressure shower, and an extra deep traditional wooden bathtub for soaking. At the top of the private outdoor spiral staircase is the stunning master bedroom. Featuring a large bed and windows all around; you will be able to take in the beauty from every direction. The bedroom includes individual air conditioning, hotel quality cotton bedding, bath towels, complimentary toiletries, hair dryers, as well as beach bags with beach towels. This intimate and lovely villa is located in a private and quiet area of the village, just 250 meters from Half Moon Beach and just 400 meters from Chang Noi Beach.

In the immediate village, there are 4 km of private beaches and marina coastline with stunning views of the mountains, the mangrove forest canal, and the sea. 2 km along the coastline are sandy beaches great for swimming and soaking up the sun. In the immediate area there are 4 different beaches to choose from, Chang Noi Beach (biggest), Half Moon Beach, Pebble Beach, Coral Beach. Directly on the largest beach, there is a fully equipped Beach Club with activities sure to fit everyone’s interests. Activities include, an Olympic sized swimming pool, a dedicated children's outdoor play area, a “jungle” style gym for exercise, sauna steam room, beachfront massage sala, beach lounge furniture/hammocks, fishing on the pier, SUP/kayak/fishing rod rental, a restaurant with an outdoor bar, and an outdoor poolside cinema for kids during high season.
