Il resort dista 5 minuti d'auto da Göynük, 35 minuti d'auto dal centro di Antalya, sede di varie attrazioni quali il Museo Archeologico e la Porta di Adriano, e 50 km dall'Aeroporto di Antalya.

Guests are required to present the credit card that was used to make the booking upon check-in. Guests that used third party credit cards must present a scanned copy of the card and an authorization letter with the a copy of the card holder's passport. Guests that fail to submit the above will be charged again and must pay up front for the full payment of their stay.
