- Shu Taiwan“入住那天剛好碰到颱風天，櫃檯人員前後撥了好幾通電話確認我們會不會前往，也不斷叮囑我們要小心。種種考量下還是決定前往。這次選擇一泊二食，早餐和晚餐都很好吃！房間超大！溫泉池在外面，泡湯很愜意。如果沒下雨，就完美了。因為外面下雨，詢問服務人員可否更換成有室內泡湯池的房間，服務人員非常熱心幫忙，還提供3樓的湯屋。雖然最後沒換房，但還是有趁風雨較小的時候體驗到泡湯。覺得服務很棒！一趟旅程非常值得。下次還會想入住。”
