Located on the beachfront with views of the Indian Ocean, Sultan Sands offers traditional-style African huts with a balcony or terrace. It includes a buffet restaurant and bar overlooking the pool with terrace and sun loungers. Each air-conditioned accommodation is decorated with Zanzibar furniture. There is a seating area with flat-screen satellite TV, minibar and private bathroom. Some huts are located at the ocean’s edge. Sultan Sands Island Resort & Spa offers 2 restaurants where guests can dine at the beach or by the pool. There is a daily buffet breakfast or an option to enjoy breakfast in your room. Guests can relax with a massage in the spa centre or for the more active, go snorkelling, windsurfing or play tennis. Bicycle rental and car hire is available from the tour desk. The historic old centre of Stone Town is situated 39 km away. Zanzibar International Airport is a 45-minute drive from Sultan.
