The full bathroom includes a bathtub and shower, and the bedroom boasts a comfortable queen-size bed.  --- Please Note: Concrete Spall Repair Project The Ilikai Marina building will be undergoing exterior painting, waterproofing, and window sealing to keep everything looking great and well-maintained. *Scheduled Work: Work on Stack 86, including this unit, is estimated to be scheduled from November 10, 2025, to December 02, 2025. *Lanai/Balcony Access: The lanai will be temporarily closed during this period for everyone’s safety. *Noise, Dust & Smells: Expect construction noise, dust, and occasional strong fumes from the painting and waterproofing between 8 AM – 4 PM on workdays. *Please keep doors and windows closed and cover personal items inside to help minimize dust and smells.
