    “Property was in great location plenty of room. Very big yard. Convenient washer and dryer. Many utensil and plenty of cups and plates, pans ext. all coffee needs. It’s a duplex so you have neighbors. Very quit. It’s on a lake but can’t access.”

WELCOME to our Lake Mariam Vacation Home (1), duplex on 3 acres of Lakefront property. We are a family own business & genuinely hope to tailor our properties to meet our Guest needs. We adhere to a 3 Core Property Standards that we expect; so, you'll always arrive to a home that is Safe, Clean and Guest Ready! This property is centrally located, 2 mi to dtwn Winter Haven and the Hospital & 4 mi to LEGOLAND & Peppa Pig. Orlando attractions (SeaWorld, Disney/Universal) are all w/in an hr. drive!

Neighbourhood information

This is a safe neighborhood (host use to live next door). For ease of mind, we had outdoor surveillance 24/7 installed. This property is centrally located, 2 miles to downtown Winter Haven and the Hospital & 4 miles to LEGOLAND & Peppa Pig. Orlando attractions (SeaWorld, Disney/Universal) are all w/in an hour drive! Winter Haven, Florida does not offer public transportation. You will need a car so please plan accordingly. Host can help with arranging transportation, just ask! We are located near Famous Orlando attractions (Orlando EYE, SeaWorld, Disney/Universal, Orlando International Airport, I-Drive, & Downtown) all w/in an hour drive!!!
