Permit # SLP10266 Located in one of the most desirable areas of the Newport/Balboa Peninsula, our oceanfront property sits between the Newport and Balboa Piers on the oceanfront boardwalk, with a myriad of activities and destinations all within easy walking distance from your front door. This front upstairs unit is one of three furnished units on the property, which can also be booked simultaneously (when availability permits) to accommodate larger family groups any time of year. Here's what you'll find: LIVING/DINING AREA: - Sofa & loveseat set - TV (streaming) - Dining table w/ seating for 4 - Sliding glass doors open to views of the beach KITCHEN: - Fully stocked with dishes, utensils, cookware, bakeware - Large and small appliances - Guests must supply their own food, drinks (including coffee), spices, condiments, and paper goods (napkins, plastic wrap, etc.) BEDROOMS: Bedroom #1: Queen bed Bedroom #2: Queen bed Bedroom #3: Queen bed BATHROOMS: -Bathroom #1: tub/shower combo; located off the hallway -Powder Room: located off the hallway EXTRA SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: To fulfill the maximum occupancy, 2 twin trifold floor mats (best suited for children) along with extra linens/pillows are provided. Twin rollaway beds can be rented in lieu of the mats, if desired. Make arrangements with our office in advance to ensure delivery in time for your arrival. LINENS: All bed/bath/kitchen/beach linens for the maximum number of guests are provided as part of the cleaning/linen fee. OUTDOOR LIVING: Front Balcony Area: Provides the best entertainment of all: plentiful sightings of dolphins, various species of migrating whales and other wonderful sea life can be viewed just off-shore any time of year.
