The home has a very modern open floorplan. There are two large TV rooms with several complimentary streaming channels. The dining area seats 14 people and opens up to the back patio where there are additional dining seats. The kitchen is brand new and has everything you will need. The home has two separate driveways with plenty of room for several cars. The private back yard is fully-fenced and has a large hot tub. There is an inexpensive bus system that will take you almost anywhere in the valley and this home is very close to several of the bus stops. This is a full-time vacation rental - it is not cluttered with an owners personal items since nobody lives here. Our only fees are clearly listed in several places on this listing: There is a a one-time cleaning fee that covers the cleaning that occurs after you check out. NO CATS ALLOWED.
