With its open-concept interior and comfortable furnishings, rest assured that you'll be able to relax with ease. Settle down on the leather seating in the living room and stream your favorite TV shows. When you get hungry, prepare all of your favorite dishes with the help of the well-equipped kitchen's updated appliances and wood finishes. As you follow the home's nautical-themed decorations, you'll discover the light-filled bedrooms complete with soft linens and central air. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
