This premium 1,100 square foot, 2 bedroom/2.5 bath condo will sleep 4 guests. An attractive two-story (ground level entry) condo, it has a dining and living area facing Trail Creek and a private hot tub on the new paver patio. The fully equipped kitchen has a wonderful slab granite bar and counter tops, the dining table seats four and there are two bar stools for additional seating. Adjacent to the dining area is the living room with comfy seating for relaxation in front of the gas fireplace. Mounted above the fireplace is a 40-inch flat screen TV/DVD. Also on this level is a powder room with a full size stacked washer/dryer. The second floor is where the master bedroom is located and offers a queen bed, 36 inch flat screen TV and a sliding glass door to the small deck facing the creek. This bedroom has a beautiful en-suite bath with steam shower to relax after a long day of skiing. The second bedroom is at the top of the stairs and faces south.
