Very nice efficiency apartment above a detached garage. With easy access to Highway 162 and 6 miles to I-40. Close to Pellissippi State Community College, Windrock, HawRidge, Oak Ridge ORNL. Within 10 minutes there is shopping and restaurants in Turkey Creek and a 20 min drive to downtown Knoxville. You have your own private entrance, furnished with a COMFY king bed, kitchenette, refrigerator, microwave, washer and dryer. There is a garden, pool, hot tub, fire pit and tether ball!

Guests have their own space above our detached garage. We do live in the house on the property. Please text when you have arrived at the property so I know you have arrived and everything is okay. We have two driveways guest parking is in the driveway with the garage. Please park all the way to the right behind the black car (it may be covered) so we can get in and out of the garage. There are two dogs on the property. They are both friendly. The small dog is Raley and the other dog is Roxy. If you use the hot tub, to close the lid there is a lever on the corner of the hot tub where the patio and mulch planting bed meet. Push this lever to release the lid to cover the hot tub. There is a string of lights to light up the patio. When you walk out your door from the apartment by the AC unit there is an outlet you can plug the lights in.

The neighborhood is quiet. Park in the driveway to the far right behind the covered car.
