New Beach Haven West Property! Get away to the water without battling the crowds. This property has it all to make sure your stay is relaxing and enjoyable! This four-bedroom, 2 bath house sleeps 10. It has a hot tub, an above ground pool, outdoor kitchen area, firepit, dock to park your boat, and a jet ski floating dock. Don’t have a boat? That’s okay, you can still enjoy the lagoon with the 2 stand-up paddle boards that are provided. 2 Kayaks (one inflatable). The outdoor kitchen includes a refrigerator for your refreshments and a natural gas grill. Enjoy your meals in the various indoor/outdoor seating areas. There are three bedrooms located on the ground floor. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, bedroom 2 has a full bed, and bedroom 3 has a bunk with a trundle (3 singles). Upstairs you will find the primary bedroom with a queen bed. In addition, there is a futon for any extra guests. You get the best of both worlds here… waterfront amenities and only a few minutes drive to the beach! Pets will be considered on an individual basis. Non-refundable USD 250 pet fee plus a USD 250 pet deposit (refundable). **Note: if you are bringing a boat, please contact the office or your agent about the height restrictions. There are two bridges you must go under to enter the lagoon from the bay.
