This one-of-a-kind, direct oceanfront corner condo offers panoramic views of the beach, Boardwalk, and inlet right from a lovely gazebo balcony. Great for people-watching and breathtaking ocean sunrises! Once you've enjoyed the view outside, wait until you get a look at the inside! Beautifully decorated with many luxurious features, including a well-equipped, jetted Whirlpool tub, tropical wall murals, four TVs, one DVD player, free WiFi, a gas fireplace, and more. Walk down to the beach for a day of sun and surf, or stay home to swim in the beautiful rooftop pool (with a state-of-the-art saltwater filtration system). Additional luxuries include a fitness center, sauna, sundeck, outdoor showers, and secure, covered parking garage (two assigned spaces). THINGS TO KNOW The swimming pool is operated by the complex and Vacasa has no authority over the pool. The pool is typically open from Memorial Day to Labor Day; subject to change without notice including days and hours of operation in which the pool is open. In the event guest cancels their reservation Vacasa will return the unit to the rental market in an attempt to re-rent the unit. If Vacasa is able to re-rent the unit for the same amount or greater you will receive a refund less a 150 dollars cancellation fee. If Vacasa is able to secure a reservation at a lesser rate you will be entitled to a refund less the 150 dollars cancellation fee and the difference in reservation amounts. If we are unable to re-rent the unit you will forfeit the full rental amount. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. This rental is located on floor 4. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. More information can be found from the "Additional rules" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
