Some of the artwork was contributed by local Philly artists that exposes you to amazing talents in this city! This home has a roof deck, a ground level outdoor patio, 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms, 5 bdrm, 5 bath!

This home is right around the corner from some of the best venues Philly has to offer: Union Transfer, The Fillmore, The Met, Franklin Music Hall, The Ave, Rivers Casino & Brooklyn Bowl are all super close. Juno, La Chinesca, The Institute, Roy-Pitz Barrel House, Restaurant Catracho & Love City Brewing are all within a short (1-3 minute) walking distance.
