Casa Gracie Pearl is an AMAZING & Extremely FUN location, within Georgetown’s Famous Historic Old Town Square, known as “Most Beautiful Town Square” in the State of Texas...Very close to Southwestern University. The PERFECT HOME for a STAYCATION... GREAT WORK FROM HOME environment...FAST INTERNET...GREAT for families with children...LOTS of space for everyone. Numerous Coffee Houses, Restaurants, Bars, Local Shops, plus more... all within blocks...easy access to all Georgetown has to offer…INCREDIBLE LOCATION!!! The neighborhood is beautiful, with well kept Historic Homes and tree-lined streets. Wonderful for going on evening strolls to admire all the beauty and amazing architecture. You can get around the neighborhood by car, bike, and walking. This is a very convenient, and close to the Old Town Square. You will love the neighborhood, and really enjoy staying here.
