This cozy retreat offers a spacious layout with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The fully-equipped kitchen and rustic dining area are perfect for preparing and enjoying delicious meals. The property provides access to the following and the access cards for them have been kept on the coffee table in the main living room upstairs in a marble box. We request that you kindly keep the card back in the same box. Tennis courts and Basketball courts located at 32 Windsor Way Golf course at 19 Webster Lane Baseball field at 19 Webster Lane 9 private beaches (please see below under local attractions) Two inflatable adult kayaks with life jackets have been kept in the garage. The air pump is also kept by the garage. Please make sure the kayaks are fully inflated before we use them. For your safety, a fire extinguisher is kept in the kitchen pantry and a first aid kit is kept on the cabinet above the refrigerator.
