Come stay with us and enjoy our cozy newly renovated studio centrally located to all the Lake's Region offers. It is a short drive to Weirs Beach, 15 minutes to Gunstock Mountain, and 10 minutes to the Bank of NH Pavilion. Take in the spectacular panoramic mountain and lake views, relax next to the newly built pool or BBQ with your family at one of the BBQ pits on the lawn, get in a quick workout at the gym, send the kids to the game room, play some basketball on the new court or relax in the great room with a book from the library. Indulge yourself in breathtaking early morning sunrises and evening stargazing/sunsets, and experience the Weirs Beach fireworks display from the comfort of your condo. The condo features 2 queen beds, 50' Smart TV, Wi-Fi, an iron and ironing board, a hair dryer, pack-n-play, heat, a/c, full bathroom, & Kitchenette. The condo is also stocked with all linens. Vending Machines on the lower level in the Laundry room. No pets or smoking in unit or on balcony
