Maximum Day Time & Night Time Occupancy is 10, excluding children under twelve (12) years of age. Sleeping Arrangements for 10. 2. Parking for 4 vehicles. Street parking is prohibited year-round. Only one bay of garage is available in the summer season. 3. Bikes in the garage are not available to renters. 4. Although guests do have access to the Tahoe Park HOA amenities, buoy access is not available. 5. Fireplace in living area is not operable. 6.. Due to Extreme Fire Danger – The use of ANY outdoor firepit or fireplace is strictly prohibited at any of our rental properties.
