There is no garage for this property. 3. The property a few doors down is currently under construction. Some noise and nuisance is possible. Please inquire for details. 4. Due to Extreme Fire Danger – The use of ANY outdoor firepit or fireplace is strictly prohibited at any of our rental properties.
