Historic brick 2 bedroom 1 bath home with Riverview walking distance to local shops restaurants pubs. * Private parking for 3 cars. Back porch well lit. lots of windows corner street view of Ann Street and Front Street and the Riverwalk and the actuary where the river and ocean meet Once you arrive never drive again everything is walking distance. 18 min drive/uber ride to beach. Private back door entrance to master bedroom. See Trolley and horse buggy ride out window.
Easy going love to golf, travel and try new things. Always looking for new fun places to go and dine. Enjoy working out and relaxing with good cold micro brew or fine glass wine. Email owner/text open to any text or email or call anytime before during or after your stay. Will have coded door lock so no need to pick up keys
Peaceful area and friendly neighborhood. Museums, arts and antique shops one block away. Location is just one block outside business district. FAR enough away you don't hear noise of shoppers and events but close enough you are in the mix of everything in 1 min. Walk to everything or ride bike if want tour downtown faster. 20 min ride to beaches. Bus and trolley stops out front. Segeway rides close by.
