There are 2 bedrooms - one bedroom has a king bed, one bedroom has a queen bed - both bedrooms have large closets. Both bedrooms have Smart TVs with Netflix. The bathroom has nice modern touches with a walk-in tiled shower, stand alone sink, and a medicine cabinet. Laundry is next to the kitchen, both a washer and dryer, with laundry supplies.

Looking to rent a boat, or go on a boat tour? You are about 10 minutes away from rental shops in Newport Beach that can take you on 2 hour tours, or even to Catalina Island for the day!
