While Deerfield Cove Marina does not offer boat rentals, you'll find several rental options nearby, making it simple to get out on the water even if you're not bringing your own boat. The marina also features the popular waterfront Dockside Grill—perfect for lakeside lunches or sunset dinners. Tee off at The Greens at Deerfield, the resort's own 18-hole championship golf course, or stay active at the community’s outdoor tennis and pickleball courts. Cool off at the shared outdoor pool, let the kids enjoy the playground and open recreation areas, or stroll the scenic walking and biking paths that wind through the peaceful, wooded setting. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
