Maximum Day Time & Night Time Occupancy is 10, excluding children under (12) years of age. Sleeping arrangements for 9 people. 2. Parking for 5 vehicles. (2 in the driveway, 2 in the landscaped area in front of Bocce Court, and 1 in the garage) Street parking is prohibited year-round. 3. The fireplace is not for guest use. 4. Bocce ball play is not permitted after 8 pm to maintain a quiet environment. 5. The use of ANY outdoor firepit or outdoor fireplace is strictly prohibited at all our rental properties.
