With soaring ceilings and bright, large windows, you'll feel completely relaxed in the open floor plan featuring a comfortable living area warmed by a gas fireplace, a dining area with a table for eight, and a full kitchen. You'll also find a wet bar and a pub-height table for four, perfect for games, puzzles, or just socializing. Additional living areas offer space for everyone to spread out. For sleeping arrangements, this home offers four comfortable bedrooms including one king-size master suite, two rooms with queen beds, and a fourth room with two doubles. And outside, you can kick back and enjoy the view or dine together al fresco. Guests will also enjoy access to a shared pool and baby pool in the community clubhouse, as well as access to a boat slip.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
