You can either message through the Airbnb app or through TurboTenant app where I manage most projects like these and will be able to send help for if there is need. I will also provide you with a guidebook that contains all the instructions, rules, how to operate machines, directory of where everything in the house is located, recommendations of activities in the area and much more. I almost never get any complaints or questions on this after I have sent out the guidebook but nevertheless I am always willing and ready to assist you and ensure you have an excellent stay
