The newly completed game room is housed in the converted garage and features a large TV and seating area, ping pong table, dart board, two multi-game arcade units, game table, board games, puzzles, a washer and dryer, and a treadmill with a compact workout area. The surrounding yard features rows of lavender, Zinfandel vines, and table grapes, creating a picture-perfect Wine Country setting. Reliable Starlink (Tesla satellite) internet is available.
