The building requires a background check for each guest over 18 years old. PLEASE ALLOW 2 WEEKS FOR APPROVAL. A 100 fee per adult or a married couple must be paid directly on the "Tenant Evaluation" website. ***Application must be submitted within 2 days of booking. *** PLEASE NOTE THAT the pool and balcony will be temporarily inaccessible for the duration of your stay. We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience. The safety of our guests is our highest priority, and these areas are closed to ensure everyone's well-being around construction activity.
