Several years ago we decided to find a place situated in just the right part of Florida for friends and family to come and vacation and to experience whats known as the Florida Gulf Coast vibe. Once we found this house, we put everything into it that we love and want to share with everyone close to us. Even though we may only get to stay here a few times a year, it's such a incredible time, we just knew it would make the perfect place for offering as a vacation destination. We always love to hear from our guests, it's a pleasure helping them to settle in, or finding fun/interesting things to do in the area. Cape Coral may be one of the most interesting places you will ever visit. From it's natural beauty, the wildlife, it's visionary development and the absolutely unimaginable engineering wonder of constructing over 400 miles of fresh and saltwater canals piercing practically every neighborhood on the Cape. Cape Coral was developed in 4 major areas divided up by region. The South East was first to be built, then South West, North East, and lastly, the North West is where the major develpement work is being performed today. This house is situated in an area referred to as Unit 64. Unit 64 is perhaps the most sought out location because many homes here have canal frontage with direct access to the open water. This also made the area the prime location for building shops, restaurants, marinas, hotels and everything else. Your stay here means being close to everything, BUT quite enough you can enjoy the peaceful evenings watching colorful sunsets, in other words, perfect!
