The living room enjoys soaring, vaulted ceilings with skylights, a renovated fireplace, lots of comfortable furniture, and a grand open-concept design dressed with burnished floors and thoughtfully-chosen decor. The furnished private deck features a gas grill, perfect for those summer-evening family barbecues with friends. You'll find a mounted flatscreen TV with Netflix streaming in the entertainment area and a stunning full kitchen loaded with stainless steel appliances, miles of counter space, and even a center prep island, ideal for the family chef. You can serve up to eight guests at the handsome dining table with incredible water views while the dishwasher knocks out those dirty dishes. Upstairs, the kids will enjoy playing Trivial Pursuit, Uno, and foosball or spreading out to watch their favorite movies in the game room. This home boasts six well-appointed bedrooms, with the first and second just off the main-level living room. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
