Within walking distance to restaurants, bars, shopping centers, banks, and more… Ideally located in central Nassau with easy access to New York City, the Hamptons and our famous Long Island beaches. Close to all major airports (JFK, LGA, ISP) hospitals, universities, corporate offices and golf parks throughout Nassau County. The space Bedroom is on the 2nd floor, 2nd bedroom on the left at the end of the hallway. The sign on the door will read GUEST. Shared Bathroom for guests only. Guest access 1 car permitted, plenty of street parking. Other things to note #FunFact This house was once the ORIGINAL home that owned acres of land and later on started selling off their land so other homes could be built. This home is well kept, cute, and perfectly located. However, our hardwood stairs and floors do creak. We call this “CHARM”.
